This Payment Policy applies exclusively to product purchases made through our store. If you are booking a service, event decoration, or rental items, please refer to our Rental & Ownership Policy for details on service-related payments, deposits, and rental terms.

We offer secure payment options to ensure a smooth and hassle-free checkout experience:

Processing Time
Each product is handcrafted and customized, so processing time varies depending on the item. The estimated processing time is provided on the product page.
Customers should refer to the product description before placing an order to check the estimated fulfillment time.
Sales Tax
At this time, we do not charge sales tax, as our business is not yet required to collect it under Quebec tax regulations.
If this policy changes, we will update customers accordingly.
Failed Transactions & Payment Issues

- Try a different payment method, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request an order cancellation before shipping or delivery. Refunds depend on the product type:
For Standard Orders (Non-Customized Products):
• If a cancellation request is made before the item is shipped, a full refund will be issued.
• Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
For Custom-Made or Personalized Products:
• Due to the nature of custom work, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
• If a cancellation is requested before we begin working on the order, a partial refund may be granted, deducting any preparation costs.
Fraud Protection & Order Verification
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may review and verify some orders before processing. If an order requires verification, we will contact the customer for confirmation.
